1. Cancelling Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a written request to info@glosslab.cc. Once submitted, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, no further charges will be made, and access to your services will end.
Important: Please submit cancellation requests at least five (5) business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Late requests may result in charges for the next term.
2. Refund Policy on Cancellations
Gloss Lab does not offer refunds for any unused time or services after a cancellation has been processed. This includes partial months or billing periods. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellations by Gloss Lab
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time under the following conditions:
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Non-payment or charge disputes
- Fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of services
- Lack of cooperation or failure to provide required information
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the remaining term of the billing period.
4. Account & Data Removal
After cancellation or termination, your account and associated data—including past orders, saved preferences, and contact details—will be permanently deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Please back up any important information before cancelling, as we cannot recover deleted data.
5. Service Changes or Discontinuation
Gloss Lab may modify, pause, or discontinue certain services, features, or subscriptions at any time. If this occurs, prepaid fees will not be refunded unless required by law or stated otherwise in a formal agreement.
6. Rejoining or Reactivating Services
If you choose to return after cancelling, you may be subject to updated pricing or terms. A reactivation fee may apply. Any previously agreed rates or conditions may no longer be valid.
